We are an emerging software company from the vibrant startup scene in Hamburg, Germany, revolutionizing the way people collaborate on construction or infrastructure projects and making them completely digital. Our goal is to create a consistent platform for all parties involved in the construction process and thus bring about a groundbreaking change.
Our vision
We want to unite all processes, from planning to demolition, in one digital place and make them accessible to everyone at all times, regardless of location or construction phase. In this way, we create an independent and unified ecosystem built on the principles of Lean Construction.
What drives us
The current construction industry is faced with a multitude of challenges. These include, in particular, high costs and immense time pressure, which pose enormous difficulties for construction site planners and contractors. In addition, construction practice suffers from inadequate preparation of construction sites by planners and construction companies as well as formalized tenders. In addition, planning during construction is characterized by a high density of changes, which further complicates the implementation of projects.
Who we are
Alexander Orlandea brings his extensive experience from the CAD software company to the strategic development of BIMcosmos GmbH. He is responsible for the company’s accounting, sales and marketing. Over the past twelve years, he has built a successful team at national and international level and achieved impressive turnover. With his new role as Managing Director of BIMcosmos GmbH, he is taking on a new challenge where he can fully contribute his skills and knowledge.
